Once your application has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email with your BCIT ID and instructions to login to your myBCIT account for the first time. The email is your key to accessing all important communications about your application, including your Welcome to BCIT e-letter.

Your myBCIT account is the hub for managing your application. Here’s what you can do:
- Upload transcripts and supporting documents to complete your application
- Check your application status
- View important communications from Admissions
- Complete or update your personal information

The timing of your admissions decision depends on:
- The type of assessment model for your chosen program
- How complete your application is
- Review of non-academic requirements by the program area
