The Student Information and Enrolment Services team is your first point of contact with BCIT. Customer Service Representatives can assist with:
- general information
- document drop off and pick up
- Flexible Learning registration
- payments for most fees
- Program Advising appointment booking
If you have submitted an application, your Admissions Officer will be your contact throughout the application process.

After you apply
Easily check the status of your application by logging into your myBCIT account and accessing your application letter through myCommunication. Once your application is processed, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Admissions Officer. Feel free to reach out to them anytime for updates and support.
