Clinical Trainers’ Workshop 2024: The Future of the Multi-Generational Workforce

The School of Health Sciences’ Allied Health Programs proudly hosts an annual workshop tailored for preceptors like you, devoted to supporting students in clinical education. This unique event provides a valuable opportunity for you to personally share and enhance your teaching experiences within an Interprofessional setting.
Immerse yourself in our full-day in-person workshop, centred around the theme “Navigating Tomorrow’s Workplace: Embracing Diversity in the Multi-Generational Workforce.

Join us for an insightful exploration of the future of work, where we delve into the dynamics of the multi-generational workforce. This interactive session will address the unique strengths, challenges, and best practices associated with managing diverse age groups within the modern workplace.
Our speakers lineup this year showcases a diverse array of high-caliber presentations, strategically designed to empower today’s educators in navigating the complexities inherent in student interactions and facilitations.

Cost: There is no registration cost. All attendees will be responsible for pay-by-stall parking if driving to BCIT Campus.
