The 12-storey residence features studio and single units, designed to offer privacy while fostering community. The Student Housing Townhouses offer affordable and community-focused living for 375 students. Seven low-rise buildings house four spacious suites each, with twelve single bedrooms per suite. Each unit features two kitchens, a dining room, a cozy living space, and a shared laundry room, ensuring a comfortable and convenient student experience.
