Jill of All Trades is a fun-filled day of practical, in-the-shop sessions for students in grades 9-12 who identify as female or may be gender diverse. This event is designed to inspire the pursuit of careers in the Skilled Trades.
Participants will get a behind the scenes look at BCIT facilities, interact with industry professionals, and join a series of workshops in several disciplines such as Ironworker, Machinist, Cabinetmaker (Joiner), Motorcycle Technician, Digital Communications and Wireless Technologies, Sheet Metal, Auto Body and Collision Technician, and more.

Safety Information
Participants will be required to wear long pants (no sweatpants, yoga pants, or shorts) and closed-toed shoes – runners or sneakers (no ballet flats, platforms, or sandals of any kind). BCIT will provide safety glasses and toe caps for use in the shops.
